Blood pressure - BHF

Updated: Aug 22, 2020

Blood Pressure - Hypertension is something that can easily go undetected for many years as symptoms are not always easy to spot. If you have a BP monitor it is worth checking in with your readings every now and then. Take readings whilst sitting at rest, take two to three measurements and get the average. It is important to report significant increases to your exercise instructor and GP. Well structured regular exercise helps to reduce blood pressures and is encouraged as part of a healthy lifestyle.
