Hello everyone, to help people understand how to find things in the site I have recorded a few walk through videos to access all the areas. One key area I would love people to make use of is the forum. Site members are only those who have been accepted by myself. There is an open forum for all members and closed groups that only consist of the people who attend a particular class or who have form a specific group. These areas are to discuss whatever you like - where I see the benefit is either organising social events, walks and the like. This can also serve as a support group - discussing conditions or symptoms, or maybe exercises, diets, medications etc...
It's good to talk - it's your space, feel free to use.
