This part of the site is specifically for site members and those that are currently completing either face-to-face group classes, virtual live classes, personal one-to-one training or recordings only.
Videos are made available here and are listed as "challenges", new challenges will be set routinely and content kept fresh. Over time these will become more and more specific to each person as feedback will be requested post session with questions including, did you find this easy or difficult? Did you need to rest at times? Did any exercises cause pain, if so which exercise and what pain?
